| Description: | Roller Guide Shear Name of item :- Roller Guide Shear Strip width :- 600- 2000 mm Strip thickness :- 0.2 mm to 6mm URECO roller guide shear machine with quick gap setting arrangement have been designed and developed through structural analysis technique for continuous production accuracy and repeatability. 1 . FRAME :- Rigid steel frame of URECO Shear are optimally designed to avoid weak section at load support and is interlocked designed. Table of frame is welded together with support of plates. Table top surface will fitted with Rollers .Rollers will rotate on anti friction bearings. At exit side provision for stopper will be provided . 2 . Roller guide :- The upper beam is guided by four point rollers guide . A able hardened liner is provided for minimum wear. It eliminates lubrication of guide . 3 . Hydraulic power pack :- Hydraulic power pack is mounted at top of machine Hydraulic components are of internationally reputed make like VICKERS , DOWTY , REXROTH YUKEN etc. Valves are mounted on a compact manifold minimizing piping and chance of leakage 4 . Hydraulic Cylinders :- Cylinders are precisely honed and are fitted with hard chromed piston rod with best quality imported sealing elements, Cylinder are connected with upper ( Cutting beam ) beam with spherical bearings for higher capacity . 5 . Hydraulic hold down :- Hydraulic hold down pads hold the sheet securely to avoid slipping and bowing resulting in clean square cut .hold down units are provided for better clamping while cutting narrow strips 6 .Blade clearance :- Blade gap can be adjusted manually by lever on each side of machine with calibration of clearance suitable for thickness . 7 . Blades :- URECO Shears provided with high quality, single segment HCHCr blades for longer tool life, easy in assembly of blades reduce down time. The Blades are four edged. | |
